Woods License Plates
Show your Woods spirit everywhere you go with an Indiana Woods license plate!
By putting a Woods license plate on your vehicle, you become an advertisement-in-motion for SMWC and gain the satisfaction of supporting current Woods students. Your gift of $15 covers your authorization fee and counts as a tax-deductible gift to SMWC.
If your vehicle registration isn’t up for renewal just yet, you can still request a plate and the BMV will pro-rate the registration fee depending on the overlap of the existing registration.
To request a plate today, you have several options:

- The fastest and simplest method is to make a gift online through our secure website, and we will send you the necessary authorized form immediately.
- Or, print off the License Plate Authorization Form (PDF) then mail it back to us at P.O. Box 70 SMWC Saint Mary-of-the-Woods, IN 47876 along with your gift.
- Or, request a License Plate Authorization Form be mailed to you by calling (888) 769-0013 Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or by emailing thewoods@smwc.edu.
